The HubSpot Ecosystem Mentorship Program is open for applications! This 9-month program pairs experienced professionals with those looking to deepen their technical skills and grow their careers within the HubSpot ecosystem.

👉For Mentors – If you have several years of experience working with HubSpot customers and want to give back by guiding the next wave of ecosystem professionals, we’d love to have you!

This is a community-driven program—not a job placement initiative or HubSpot training—but an opportunity to build connections, share knowledge, and grow together.

This program is a great opportunity for mentors and mentees to grow within the HubSpot ecosystem. I’d love to know more about the mentor-mentee matching process and any specific eligibility criteria.

Hey @evaldas! Apologies for the delay here 🙂 The landing page with all the juicy details is now LIVE, woohoo! However, I'll still happily answer your questions!

1. It really is a 9-month program! Studies have shown that 9-months is the optimal time period needed to build a super strong connection with a mentor/mentee, and we got so much feedback from last year's beta that 3-months was way too short! As for session requirements - we're approaching it a little differently this time. It'll be up to you and your mentor/mentee to decide what meeting cadence will work best for your goals and lives. We recommend meeting for at least an hour every month or couple of weeks, but completition will be self-reported and based on goal tracking, not session tracking. We hope this will allow folks to have a bit more flexibility! The aim is to grow or deepen your career, not make this feel like more work.
2. Mentorships aren't designed to be training. They are all about learning guiding mentees that are tackling evolving projects, careers and professions with the assistance of a expert mentor who has developed skills and talents they can share. That being said, take a look at the pairing criteria (on our landing page, scroll down to FAQs and open "What questions are on the application?") - we are aiming to match folks on some pretty specific shared HubSpot skills. Hopefully that specificity will help inform the mentorship relationship and make it as fruitful as possible for all involved, but there won't be any rigid milestones/curriculum - no tests! 🙂
