We’re excited to introduce our new Developer Feedback Tool, designed to gather in-depth insights from our developer community.
Unlike the Ideas Forum or various pop-ups you may encounter on HubSpot, this is made just for developers. To support our developers, the tool focuses on getting detailed technical feedback about our APIs, SDKs, and development tools—allowing you to engage directly with the HubSpot team. There's also an option to opt in for follow-up conversations indicated on the form.
Please note that this form is only for feedback and shouldn't be used for specific questions or support.
Additionally, we’re working on a two-way update process scheduled to launch in the first half of 2025. This will offer more transparency about how your input influences HubSpot's future. 💡

I submitted feedback with all the details 4 months ago regarding the disappearance of the HS sprocket menu widget on the top right of the website even when we're logged into the Hubspot account.
Still, no one has got back to me from the Hubspot side and the issue is still there. It's not only me who experiences it, my coworkers also experience it sometimes because this issue is so random.
Thank you for using the form! Have you or your team tried clearing your cache, cookies, or browser history? It may also help to disable any ad blockers or extensions that could be interfering with the HubSpot extension. Additionally, logging out and back in from a different browser can sometimes resolve these issues.
Just as a quick note, this form is specifically intended to gather product feedback and ensure it reaches the right teams at HubSpot. For questions that require a response or resolution, you may find quicker assistance through HubSpot Support or the Community.
