Introduce Yourself!

Hey! I'm Matt. I've owned a digital marketing agency for the past 20 years, and have been a HubSpot partner for 11 years. Over the past 12 months, we've pivoted into alignment and revops work for our clients. It's been awfully difficult, but amazing and rewarding at the sime time.  I'm happy to share any relevant experiences with you all, but also look forward to learning some new ways of thinking and doing revops. Thanks!

Introduce Yourself!

Hello everyone! My name is Nick Cunningham, and I’m the Revenue Operations Manager at ARAS Corp, a global leader in PLM software.

One of my favorite aspects of data management and reporting is getting our “data ducks” in a row. I find immense satisfaction in partnering with departments to dissect existing processes and implement streamlined, scalable solutions. Once the groundwork is laid, the real fun begins—seeing stakeholders leverage clean, effective data to drive meaningful results.

I’m not currently following any blogs or podcasts, but I’d love to hear what the rest of the community is tuned into. At the moment, I’m focused on building weighted pipeline benchmarks to improve forecast accuracy, and I’m excited to broaden my RevOps network through this study group!

Hey RevOps crew! I'm Jennifer—bringing my fresh CAPM certification and a unique mix of frontline sales and legal compliance expertise to the revenue operations world. Bringing data-driven RevOps practices to the defense sector, where every process needs to be both agile and audit-proof. Long-term, I'm aiming to transform how global organizations approach revenue operations. Introduce Yourself!

My name is Aldo, and I am the Global Sales Operations LEader for a large electronic manufacturing company. Our business is global, and I manage a remote team spread across several continents. As part of a large corporation, many processes and methods have been pre-established. This creates the tendency to execute without thought. I want to change that and look for other methodologies so we can generate ideas for process improvement and increase effectivenes.

Introduce Yourself!

Hey there! I’m Harsh Singh, currently working as a senior HubSpot specialist at Somnetics. I’ve been in the CRM and RevOps space for a while now, with a background that spans marketing automation, sales enablement, and data-driven decision-making.

Super pumped to be part of this Data Management & Reporting Study Group!

A little about me:

  • Current role: I lead HubSpot strategy and implementation—from building custom onboarding workflows to optimizing pipelines and ensuring data integrity across teams. Basically, I make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

  • Industry: I work in IT services, helping B2B clients improve their processes using HubSpot and other tools.

  • What excites me about data management and reporting: Honestly, it’s the moment when messy data turns into clarity—when you can surface patterns that drive better customer journeys or spot leaks in a sales funnel. It's like giving chaos a purpose.

  • Go-to resources: I’m a big fan of HubSpot’s Academy, RevOps Co-op, and the occasional deep-dive podcast from experts like Kyle Jepson.

  • What I’m working on now: I’m currently building a scalable onboarding pipeline that coordinates tasks across teams like eComm, logistics, finance, and more—all while tying it neatly into our HubSpot CRM.

  • Why I’m here: I’m hoping to sharpen my reporting chops, learn how others are handling complex data challenges, and maybe even share a few things I’ve learned along the way.

Looking forward to getting to know all of you and growing together!

Introduce Yourself!

Hi all, My name is Arthur. I've been unwittingly attempting to build Revops systems for almost 10 years haha.

I worked in sales for most of my career but always hated the chasing part of it. It felt like pushing and, as an INFJ myself, I always was drawn to people who attracted my attention rather than trying to push their way into my life.

Of course this drew me to inbound marketing and the processes involved in that but nothing excited me quite like tying the entire customer experience together from point of contact, to information gather, nurturing to sale and post sale interactions.

I learned the value of data driven decisions when helping a few investors source and conduct due dilligence on business acquisitions. Nothing helps ease the tensions of committing huge dollars to a deal like having a good solid foundation of knowledge and industry information to work from.

Anyways, I guess my point in expressing all of this is that I am genuinely excited to be taking this course and finally putting all the pieces together properly to effectively build a proper revenue operations system.

Thanks Mary Barba and Hubspot for putting this together; and I'm glad to meet everyone else taking this course and look forward to reading your introducations.

Cheers!

Arthur
