Introduce Yourself!

Hi, I am a marketing manager looking for more information on how to improve marketing and sales collaboration & impact the revenue.

I am currently in the tech industry and since we're developing our product constantly, I am on a path of constant learning & growth.

Data Management & Reporting is exciting mainly because it allows us to understand what things work and how to improve them to make them even better and what things don't work and start the path of fixing them. Basically, I would say it allows us to be efficient.

I hope the study group will help me connect with other people interested in improving their Data Management processes and learn more about Revops.

Introduce Yourself!

Hi everyone! My name is Adam and I am excited to be included here as I formalize my RevOps experience. I am currently a small business owner that frequently consults with other business owners on operations - including sales operations. I kinf of nerd out about systems and processes, which is why I love what I do so much. I always tell my clients that tracking KPIs is one of the most important things they can be doing as they scale their businesses. Hence my love for all things data danagement and reporting.

I currently do not have a favorite blog, podcast, video series, or newsletter that I would recommend specifically on Data Management & Reporting, but I would love to hear any suggestions from others here! As for content, I am currently working on developing a new website for a client on WordPress. As for this study group and what I hope to get out of it, I really want to learn more about RevOps that I may have missed. I am mostly self-taught, so i am always looking for new ways to expand my knowledge.

Introduce Yourself!

Hi Mary and everyone!

My name is Elena, and I’m really excited to be part of this study group!
I currently work as a Junior Web Developer at a communication company, where I mainly focus on developing and managing websites, with an emphasis on user experience and optimizing digital processes.

What excites me most about data management and reporting is how good data organization can support more effective decision-making and optimize team work, especially in my web development field, where collecting and analyzing customer data is essential for improving projects.

At the moment, I don’t follow specific blogs or podcasts on data management and reporting, but I’m curious to discover new resources that could help me enhance my skills in this area.

I’m working on deepening my knowledge of reporting and data management so I can better integrate data collection and analysis strategies into my daily work, especially regarding website traffic analysis and user data management.

I hope to learn a lot from this group and share experiences and ideas with other professionals in the field!

Looking forward to starting! In the meantime, I wish everyone happy studying!

Hello,

My name is Makhtar, and I am a tech entrepreneur—or maybe just a freelancer; I haven’t decided yet. I'm passionate about everything related to tech and always eager to expand my knowledge in other fields of interest. That’s why I’m currently learning about RevOps, as it’s a crucial skill for anyone like me who wants to execute startup ideas effectively.

I appreciate that this course offers not just learning materials but also a sense of community because learning in a group is often more effective than doing it alone.

I’m based in Dakar, and I look forward to this learning journey with all of you. I hope that what we gain here will help us grow our companies and ourselves.

Thank you, and happy learning!

Introduce Yourself!

Hey everyone,

My name is César, and I’m a Business Development Manager at Unifit, a growing startup that provides technological solutions for educational institutions.

I work in the education technology (EdTech) industry, helping universities, business schools, and training centers enhance their communication and student engagement through digital transformation.

What excites me most about Data Management & Reporting is the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights that drive smarter decision-making. I love using data to optimize processes, improve lead conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement strategies.

A resource I’d recommend for professionals interested in this field is HubSpot’s blog on data analytics and RevOps, as well as Measure What Matters by John Doerr, which provides valuable insights on setting and tracking business objectives.

Right now, I’m optimizing my company’s CRM and prospecting strategies using data-driven approaches in HubSpot and Apollo.io to improve efficiency in sales and marketing operations.

Through this study group, I hope to learn from other professionals, exchange best practices, and gain new perspectives on data governance, reporting structures, and automation within RevOps.

Looking forward to connecting and learning with all of you.

Introduce Yourself!

Hi there everyone, Ivan here... I live in Chile and I've been working marketing roles for nearly two years now, specifically in software development industry. As an Industrial Engineer and Certified Data Analyst, I've hold positions such as Marketing Analyst and currently as a Product Marketing Coordinator; this role sits at the middle of the interceptions of product, sales and data to help increase marketing impact in the company revenue.

What excites me the most about introducing a data and reporting approach in my role is that I get to measure and improve everything we do, so we can deliver results at a higher performance... compared to the classic view of marketing.
I hope that I get to learn from this group experiences, discussions and debates... and hopefully offer the knowledge I've gathered this short (in time but not in depth knowledge).

Thanks!

Introduce Yourself!

Hi,

I'm Amanda. I live in Chicago and for nearly two decades have been in marketing roles. I've spent the last 10 years in hybrid marketing/demand gen/marketing ops roles working for small and midmarket technology companies. I am looking to transition out of a pure marketing role into a pure marketing/revenue operations role. I belong to the MarketingOps Slack community and spent the last year at my current employer building the foundation for a true RevOps and GTM function within the organization. I'm hoping to learn what I could have done better/differently, gain additional knowledge, and learn how I can be a better RevOps professional.

Introduce Yourself!

Hello All!

My name is Renae. I am currently looking to skill myself up in RevOps. I have worked with B2B platforms in a marketing capacity in the past, but find I was doing quite a bit of RevOps work given the sales motion was driven from the CRM platform which was managed by my team. I have worked heavily in B2C and some B2B, which is where I would like to grow my skill set.

Looking very forward to going on this journey with the HubSpot community. I love uncovering insights and utilising these to solve pain points and streamline processes. There is something really gratifying about solving problems 🙂

Hoping to share and obtain useful tips and tricks to build momentum and create a near- frictionless flywheel 🙂
