Hello, everyone! My name is Letícia, I'm Brazilian, and about 4 years ago, I left my career as a capital markets lawyer and started working in technology companies. I began in the Customer Success area, and around 6 months ago, I became the sole person in my startup's Revenue Operations area. I've been learning a lot on my own and decided to improve my learning with this certification. It's a pleasure to be here!
Hello everyone. My name is Sam. I am and have been a sales and marketing leader focused on enhancing revenue operations to improve sales and marketing performance to grow revenue. I am truly excited about being part of a community that is forcused on improved revops!
Hi everyone! My name is Lindsey and I have been working in revenue operations for the past few years, but have no official certifications! Excited to join the group and start learning.
Hello, my name is Nick Hutchins, and I am the Tax Administrator for Comanche Nation in Lawton, Oklahoma. The Comanche Nation is one of the 39 Federally recognized Native American Tribes in Oklahoma. I am new to HubSpot and want to learn more about data management and reporting. It is real important in my responsibilities tracking revenue from numerous sources. I also hope to use this as a networking opportunity and learning from others in this study group.
Howdy folks, my name is Dock and I am the Rev Ops Manager at MarketTime, a wholesale b2b ecommerce software company that supports wholesale sellers and buyers in the Gift, Toy and Home Decor industries. We implemented Hubspot a couple years ago and I primarly learned everything Hubspot related from trial and error (and @karstenkoehler on the knowledgebase, huge shout out Karsten!). I architected our implementation and have continually grown our service offerings from hubspot over the years and primarly just looking to learn more through this certification program.
Hello! My name is Michelle and I am the new hire Director of Sales for the Bodega Boyz, based out of Oklahoma! I am currently in the medical marijuana business, supplying and educating people about cannabis. I want to be able to track sales consistently so we can project sales and closures with success. I am merely wishing to add more tools to my toolbox and hoping the study group will help me retain information more efficiently.
Hi my name is Megan and I'm the Sales Ops Manager at a small SaaS company working on growing its learning technology. I've been using HubSpot for the last 3 years but was never officially trained in it. I am the current admin and have implemented lots of workflows and created reports/dashboards but thought it would be a good idea to see what I've been missing that can help our sales team.
My name is Ray, I am the Director of Revenue Operations at Boldr, we're the worlds largest B-Corp Certified outsourcing company focused on helping companies build high-performing remote teams.
What excites me most about Data Management & Reporting is creating a source of truth of all data in our CRM and beyond.
We're currently working on revamping our products in HubSpot to optimize the time our team spends quoting.
Hello! My name is Hope and I am a Senior Business Development Representative at Mindvalley. We are an e-learning and live learning experience provider. Data management and reporting excites me because I have experienced the problems that come with messy data and poor reporting in prior roles throughout my career. We are at a pivotal point at MV where we are building our B2B outbound motion and I want to make sure that we set ourselves up for success as we continue to grow and scale. Data cleanliness and accurate, effective reporting is key to maintaing a solid pipeline, reducing churn, and creating sticky customers. I am constantly iterating on new messaging as we break into the B2B market and I am hoping to gain the knowledge and skills needed to help my team clearly and accurately demonstrate the progress we are making.
Hello! My name is Sandy, and I am a Client Growth Manager with Pivot SLC. We partner with companies to maximize HubSpot for their business. I am very exicted to learn more about HubSpot's capabilities with tailoring reporting to individual business needs, and grow my knowledge on how to use the reporting tool. We are currently working on better reporting for our clients, so I would like to learn what options are available.
Hi everyone, I currently work with Capgemini Australia as a senior Sales Operations Manager. The Capgemini group is a IT services firm (and is one of the leaders in SAAS sales). I think the Data Management & Reporting track is seen as a lagging indicator by some 'Head of Sales' team and in fact it should be the number one thing and all GTM decisions should be based on it. I follow a number of Rev Ops professional like Charlie Cowan, Anne Pao and Jeff Ignacio. Hoping to interact and my 'revenue operations knowledge' in this group.
Hello Everyone, my name is David Escobar. I am a Customer Success Manager at Wazuh, a cybersecurity company. I would say what excites me about Data Management and Reporting is how it helps with decision-making and strategic planning.
I would like to learn from different people, from different industries and countries.
Hi, I'm currently working in a Support role within CX Ops in the health tech space. I love uncovering trends and sharing insights with my team. I recently completed a data analytics bootcamp and have been following Chris French and Alex the Analyst. Currently, I'm not working on any new content. Looking to connect with like minded professionals.
3.What excites me most about Data Management & Reporting is the ability to turn raw information into valuable insights, helping people make better decisions and understand the world around them.
I'm Bret Farrer and I've worked in sales, business development, and customer success for 15 + years.
Right now I am wrapping up a contract as a Sales Data and Communications Specialist with a company where I introduced and implemented the first phases of HubSpot marketing and sales hubs. I am looking for my next opportunity in RevOps since it has been the foundation to my approach for sales for over a decade.
The most current industry I worked in was construction and manufacturing in the waterpark and leisure industry. Before that I was working for a change management consulting firm that specializes in distributed workforce operations.
I love the power that data provides to an organization and how that data informs strategies for how to better serve its clients.
I am just digging into becoming a data nerd and welcome any recommendations for places to learn and grow. I will share once I have some to recommend.
Unfortunately, no new content at this time.
I am hoping to start some conversations about RevOps and learn from other peoples perspectives why they are drawn to it and how they plan on implementing it.
I am John and I have never used Hubspot, but I am an orgination FREAK--This looks like a great software to be organized if you are remote and be tied to what the company is doing and track that!
Hi JGarton8! HubSpot is an incredibly powerfull software. I am a big advocate. There are a lot of tools out there, but hubspot has created products that fit with the way marketing, sales, service, ect... are done in todays markets. Good luck on your HubSpot journey!
