I lead Customer Success & Account Management at a startup focusing on Account Planning software. Given my background, I often interact with Sales Leaders facing challenges that Rev Ops could solve. I'm considering pivoting to a Rev Ops role and am eager to catch up on the latest in this field.

I currently work in Inside Sales and manage the impact of a 3rd party BDR team. I act as Sales Operations for my company and am moving towards a RevOps role as my team ramps up its marketing arm. Data Management & Reporting is endlessly exciting to me because it has the capability of helping the entire team, no matter what level of management they are in. Hello everyone!

I am the Business Manager for RTI, a small SaaS/Analytics company. 

I am currently looking at the RevOps certification but will definitely look at Data Management and reporting as well. Being that we are a smaller company there is usually various hats each has to wear to contribute to the success so I am trying to upgrade my operations skillset and add value to the role and company. Also would love to leverage the Hubspot tools more efficiently.
