My name is Victor and I am an Account Provisioning Team Manager at a Real Estate Software company. I've been generating metrics, SLAs and best practices and never realized that it was part of Rev Ops. Right now, I'm developing processes on how to implement and service new products that we will be rolling out soon. Since I'm generating the data and asking the questions and delivering it to someone in Rev Ops, I decided I'd cut out the middle person and step into the role more actively!

I've been implementing HubSpot Enterprise for my company for about a year now, which has included consolidating 4 company databases from disparate systems and setting up new processes using Marketing, Sales, and Service hubs.  I'm excited to formalize my understanding of RevOps so I can continue to develop, grow, and scale my new unified company!
