Hello everyone! Excited to join and learn from this community.
I am the general manager of a small construction business in Canada called Backyard Escape Studios. Evolving to this position from simply doing carpentry means I have a lot to learn in the realm of business, organization and process development. If there are any other members who are in the construction industry I would reccomend the Breakthrough Academy podcast as it's very industry specific.
As it is my offseason I am currently looking to reorganize and better define my sales and production processes as well as update my website for better customer experience and better SEO.
I'm hoping that with the videos provided and group help I will be able to have a firmer grasp on the direction I need to go to best situate my business for success and customer satisfaction in the coming season.
It's a pleasure to join you at this RevOps community!
I used to work with Sales and Marketing teams (as Head of Sales and CRO) and also structured 2 SalesOps departments. Now I'm shifting my positioning to RevOps in order to understand the best practices on automation, analytics and mainly how to connect and get better results with revenue teams. The most exciting thing about RevOps is to practice one of my mantras: Keep it simple! The possibility to achieve greater results with less is something I'm totally passionate!
Hello everyone! My name is Michelle, and I'm a freelancer currently working in the field of affiliate. The most interesting aspect of RevOps that I find is its capability to bring together operations and growth teams with an intention to reduce workload and drive efficiency. I'm quite fond of listening to podcasts related to RevOps, one of my favorites being 'Rev Ops & Analytics' by Crossbeam. From this study group, I'm hoping to learn more about leveraging operations with analytics-driven decision making and also understand better on how operational practices impact revenue.
Hey there! My name is Mallory, and I'm an Inside Sales Executive at a healthcare tech company. I've been in BDR/Sales for the last 6 years, and I'm ready for a gut-led pivot into RevOps. The most exciting thing about RevOps is the ability to creatively solve problems & provide long-term solutions that bring in more revenue for the company. I don't as of yet but I hope to pick some up in this forum, along with advice and insight into this space! I'm currently working on examples as to content I could work on should I get to move into an open sales enablement position 😛
