Introduce Yourself!
Hi everyone, I'm Bob Dorris.
I'm making a career change and currently seeking a position as a HubSpot Admin, and am hoping to get a good understanding of RevOps to improve my value in that role.
Previously, I've been a co-owner of an online business for that past 15 years. That business no longer requires my time (mostly automated, requiring only 3-4 hours/week) and my wife/partner handles that on her own.
Running that business required me to learn a broad array of digital marketing skills (copywriting, website building, marketing funnels, email automation) and tools (HubSpot, Wordpress, Clickfunnels (recieved their Two Comma Club Award) and more.
I utilized HubSpot for a period of time, and I loved it's potential. When I decided to pursue something new, I decided I would strongly skill up in all things HubSpot because it dove-tails nicely with my digital marketing experience.
I'm passionate about learning and am very excited to learn more about RevOps from everyone here.
I'm Nabeel Akhtar an insurtech/healthtech enthusiast. I worked in the insurance industry for the last 8+ years. I was part of the team that built and scaled the third party administrator (GBA Services) of the largest insurer in Pakistan, State life insurance corporation of Pakistan, I was spearheading Operations and then Strategy for the entire State Life's Bancassurance Portfolio. I worked there for almost 9 years and left a positive impact on our business as well as on our people. As, I decided to venture into a healthtech space and recently joined Hello Doctor because of its commitment to making a difference through technology and innovation.

Hello! My name is Sarah and I am currently the Administrative Director at an Economic Development nomprofit in central Louisiana. In my role I focus on Human Resources, Finances, and Operations, and that's why RevOps fits so well with my responsibilities. We are still learning all we can about the program, so I want to learn aspects that most relate to my role to help me team as much as possible.
I'm Kristen, Marketing Operations Manager for Health Recovery Solutions. I have about a year experience in this role, though I've been in marketing for over a decade in various capacities. I love being in the operations seat, supporting the creatives and ensuring the MarTech stack functions properly.
Currently, I'm optimizing the HubSpot <> Drift <> Salesforce integration along with adjusting lead scoring and improving our attribution.
Hoping to uncover streamlined methods I can take back to the team and improve our daily lives.
My name is Waylon, I'm currently the CRM Admin at a USbased SAAS company that focuses on sales tools for solar companies.
We're growing rapidly, and we're in the process of building out our RevOps team over the next few months. I'm excited to learn from those who've done this before me, and pick up some tips and tricks that I can apply to my team(s) down the road.
My favorite podcast is the Skeptics Guide to the Universe, certainly not a RevOps-centered podcast, as it's mostly about science news and skepticism, but it's helped me learn how to approach my workplace from a position of logic, and helped me build the cognitive tools I need to exist in a world full of data.
I'm not working on anything specifically at the moment, but I am very excited to get a glance into what RevOps looks like and means across the world through the lense of Hubspot. Happy to be here.
Looking forward to seeing more about how you're using RevOps without using incremental dollars to increase growth without adding additional cost when achieving scale. Let me know if you ever need our assistance at Wrice&Brooks, we'd love to help you get acclimated.
