Hello all, My name is Sissi and I'm reigning from the Shanghai China. I have recently been moved from a Project Management role to Sales Manager. I work for an Pharmaceutical research and development start up, where our goal is to provide genomics, proteomics and related services to support pharmaceutical clients in biomarker discovery and clinical trials. What excites you most about RevOps? 'RevOps' puts a name and a process on something that has become possible since the advent and use of tech in business. Revenue it the lifeblood and pulse of a business ecosystem and silos, unclear and unaware leaders, and non-specified or unclear reporting create the sort of chaos I love strategising and sorting out.
Do you have a favorite... blog, podcast, video series, or newsletter that you would recommend to other RevOps professionals? I like Seth Godin more and more for the industry. Daniel Priestly for the individual. I recommend anything by Eric Andrews Financial trainings to get real world and current understandings for digital and startup business intelligence.
Is there any new content that you’re working on right now? Developing our proprietary models and infographics for ourBulletproof CEO, and Bulletproof Your Brand IP.
What are you hoping to get out of this study group? Expanding my knowledge. Plus it is simply awesome hanging around problem-solvers who integrate stuff, rather than defending siloed or linear processes. It is a mindset thing.
I'm excited to go through the completion of this cert. I've realized that I've been doing RevOps (mostly MOps with some Sales Ops) most of my marketing career and it's nice to put a name to the face of what I've been doing.

What excites you most about RevOps? That it puts a name to what I've been doing and is formalizing it into a legit role and function within companies. It proves there are other levers that can be pulled to enable growth.
