Hey - Brendan from FileInvite here. Looking after the full sales stack and have engagement with CS, Marketing & Product to ensure we are all aligned. We are a SaaS platform that automates the collection of documents as part of sales and delivery workflows for companies that need to get information to and from clients (e.g. mortgage and commercial brokers, staff and student onboarding and enrollment, accountants, lawers etc. etc.)

Hoping to implement a world-class system so our team works efficiently, and our customers have a smooth journey.

Hello,

I'm Cristina from iuvo Technologies, an IT Consulting firm, in MA. I currently own the marketing program, but will be moving into our newly formed RevOps role. Im excited to see the impact we can make when we bring together sales, marketing and customer service to drive customer loyalty. Our business has a hyper focus on customer service, which is not typical of other IT Consulting companies or MSPs, so we will be looking to built the RevOps role with a customer service/loyalty focus. HubSpot has actually been our main source of RevOps material, but I am excited to find more sources to help further our knowledge.

We are currently working on putting together presentations about RevOps to get internal buy in, a scorecard of data to highlight our best clients and where there is opportunity at other clients, and uncovering the pain points that prevent out our consultantsfrom delivering regular business reviews.

I do not know anyone in a RevOps role like I do with marketing, so I hope to get more contacts to create a base of people I can knowledge share and get advice from.

Looking forward to connecting with you all soon.

Regards,

Cristina

Hi, Cristina - welcome! I sure appreciate your focus on driving customer loyalty is spot-on. Hope to hear from your journey! I also recommend getting into some higher-level (overview) Six Sigma information. A book like "The Six Sigma Way" will prove valuable as you bring your teams and processes together with a singular focus on customer loyalty.

While my title is focused on Sales & CS, I support the other GTM teams also thus my interest and excitement about RevOps as I look to provide increased value across the Revenue segments of our company. I typically refer to the general resources out there providing insight into RevOps (i.e. LinkedIn, CS Companies, etc.) there is plenty of information out there if you're looking for it. I'm looking forward to learning more about how we can leverage best practices across the board as we build from the ground up!

Hello & happy Friday!

I'm excited to join the HubSpot RevOps Community! I am currently a MarOps Manager for an investment fund with B2C & B2B verticals investments. RevOps is the opportunity to expand the value I provide to the organization, understand the values stream end-to-end, and take accountability for helping the stream grow.

There are no current recommendations, but I would love to hear from the community about what I should be reading/watching, & listening to!

My objective in joining this community is to learn, grow, and make the step from MarOps --> RevOps with confidence in the strategies and insights I provide to my team!

Hey, Y'all 👋

1/2. Nicolas Thatcher joining in from Austin, TX as the newly anointed Head of Revenue Operations over at Airbrake. We provide Error Tracking and Performance Monitoring solutions to Developers.

3. What excites me most about Rev Ops is the ability to look at multiple departments within your company and tie their goals to that of the Revenue Operations team. At Airbrake, doing this allows me to build really cool tools and automation within Hubspot that help each of those departments achieve their goals. Not to mention, when done right, you can be a key source of truth for a lot of business-critical decisions derived from data-driven reporting and analytics

4. Pocus is a really good source of information, community, and resources for Rev Ops and Sales professionals that work for companies that operate in the Product-Led Growth/Sales (PLG/PLS) space. They also have a Slack channel that I am subscribed to.

5. One of the new exciting projects that we are working on is adding a bot with NLP capabilities to our public-facing websites to help our sales team manage the chat inbox more effectively. I am also continuously working on adding more & improving our articles to our Knowledgebase.

6. Real-life stories on success and failures within Rev Ops within Hubspot for software companies that operate in the Product-Led Growth (PLG) or Product-Led Sales (PLS) space.

Nice to meet you! The Huberman Lab podcast is great. I often times have it in the background during work.

Are you currently hosting your blog on Hubspot? If so, I would love to learn more about your experience. Our Marketing team is currently in the process of migrating blog platforms are currently in the evaluation phase. Hubspot is a strong option for us, however, we have a few concerns around SEO.
