Is there any new content that you’re working on right now? Apart from running 25+ website/CRM migration projects, we're close to publishing a Guide for HubSpot CRM Migrations on our blog :).
What are you hoping to get out of this study group? Getting way more insight into RevOps. I also want to decide if I should explore deeper certification.
Nice to meet you! The Huberman Lab podcast is great. I often times have it in the background during work.
Are you currently hosting your blog on Hubspot? If so, I would love to learn more about your experience. Our Marketing team is currently in the process of migrating blog platforms are currently in the evaluation phase. Hubspot is a strong option for us, however, we have a few concerns around SEO.
What's your current role? President and Digital Strategist with Connection Model (Platinum Agency Partner)
What industry do you currently work in? Mostly SAAS, Real Estate and Technology.
What excites you most about RevOps? Our SAAS clients in particular are demanding closer alignment and looking for guidance and advice on how to leverage HubSpot more fully.
Your post caught my eye. Especially the comment about working on INteractive Lead Generation Games and Quizzes. Are you doing this in Hubspot? I would love to learn more about this

I'm an Operations Executive in the Advertising/Marketing industry. I like rev ops for the ability better refine processes and support people to be as effiecient as possible in hitting their goals. I hope to meet other operations professionals who are excited to exchange ideas.
What's your current role? VP of Marketing & Product Development. I also sit on the executive committee where we share some cross-functional roles in developing and implementing a range of business strategies.

What excites you most about RevOps? The opportunity to better understand processes, building & implementing systems where I can better connect the dots to provide greater opportunities to grow revenue while having a more succinct method of visibility accountability and ultimately much better alignment.

Is there any new content that you’re working on right now? Developing and integrating a revised price strategy for the company, connecting our ERP and HubSpot.
What are you hoping to get out of this study group? Hoping to learn from professionals how to better align departments that have a hand in the revenue generation of our company and be able to prove the contribution to revenue and growth for those departments.
My current role is in recruitment. In my leisure time, I work on content writing, flyers, brochures, etc. I'm working on how I can associate stories with brands. From this group, I want to learn, grow and understand how Revops works in the organisation

What's your current role? Current title: VP, Marketing. But I sit on our "Operations Group" which both our B2B sales and B2C sales/service sides.
What industry do you currently work in? At it's core: insurance (personal lines like home, auto, flood).
What excites you most about RevOps? The systemic approach to revenue generation, connecting all of the seemingly disparate pieces together to create value (revenue).

Is there any new content that you’re working on right now? No, mainly working on systems.
What are you hoping to get out of this study group? I'm implementing a 360 portal (marketing/sales/service/ops) for this fast-growing company - I need to be able to implement it.

Hello! My name is Tera and I am the Operations Manager for Swept Technologies. We are a SaaS company in the commercial janitorial industry and we provide a best-in-class software solution for janitorial companies all over the world. We are a young and hungry team and I am so excited to be on the RevOps journey. I am most excited about the opportunities that await as we continue to grow and scale. I get to be nerdy with data and processes knowing that helps us hit those big goals.

Hello together! 😎 My name is Remo and I started working as a RevOps since the beginning of 2022 for a 50 people company in Switzerland. I am really excited about what I can impact as a RevOps for my company but also looking forward to learn from the community but also give advice where I can. 🙌
What's your current role? I started to work as RevOps Developer since 4 months
What industry do you currently work in? For a SaaS company called Yousty AG which wants to match students with the right emloyees in Switzerland but also in the world somewhen.
What excites you most about RevOps? The fact that I am in no team but also in all the teams of Business. The role is similar to an inhouse consultant and a problem solver and very agile and versatile.

Is there any new content that you’re working on right now? I already worked on these projects: - improving of our onboarding process with the goal of the right toucpoints, information and more customer satisfaction - improvement of our extension process for smaller customers with mostly automations and qualification of which of the customers we should meet for upselling and which we should "just" extend - improvement of inbound sales: analyzing where we have potential to improve lead nurturing an conversion rates
What are you hoping to get out of this study group? ideas for projects, helping each other how to proceed, tools and tactics to improve business scale

What industry do you currently work in? HubSpot Consultancy
What excites you most about RevOps? The bigger the company, the easier to loose focus and see the main picture. Optimizing operations to increase growth is a whole company project, but usually seen or persued by marketing. There's a shift in the vision involving growth and it's RevOps.
Do you have a favorite blog, podcast, video series, or newsletter that you would recommend to other RevOps professionals? Following Jen Spenser (SmartBug), podcast: RevOps with Jordan Hendenson. Books: I liked "Work clean" (Dan Charnas) because to grow we need to clean up what's not working 🙂 (apllicable to all aspects in life)
Is there any new content that you’re working on right now? Yes! we are building a RevOps/Growth program for clients.
What are you hoping to get out of this study group? What are the main issues/strugles other companies encounter when searching for Growth. Are they looking for guidance/coaching/consultancy? If not, would you think having a RevOps program to buy 'll be usefull?
