Introduce Yourself!
Hey RevOps Community!
My name is Kayla Luc and I am currently the Sales Operations Manager and Salesforce Certified Administrator at Trackforce Valiant. We are a SaaS HCM company focused mainly in the security guard space (but really anything with an hourly workforce). I have always found the art of communication really fascinating and necessary in any professional space, and RevOps requires extensive refinement in this area as in many cases we are in charge of aligning multiple departments for the sake of working towards the same goal. Some of my favorite content I have come across in this space has been from the work of Jeff Ignacio. He has tons of new content he publishes via his LinkedIn and his podcast. Currently I am not working on putting out any content, but am hoping to advance my career in the RevOps space by taking this course and being a part of this community.
My name is Taylor Dugger. I am the Head of Revenue Operations and Technology for a Saas company specializing in HRIS and Payroll in Provo Utah. I've been in the RevOps space for a little over 6 months now and what I love most about it is, one, working with data all day every day and, two, being able to participate in every department. I don't currently listen to any podcasts but would love to start if anyone has any recommendations. I'm hoping to meet some like minded people who understand how to implement new software/process.
I'm Mathilde, the Marketing Operations Manager for Beedeez, a French Edtech SaaS whose mission is to facilitate the knowledge transmission. As a Hubspot super admin, I've always loved the different courses, and I'm very excited about this one! I hope to discover more about best practices, use cases… And meet people with the same mindset. 🙂
What's your current role? Starting in Rev Ops from the 12th of April
What industry do you currently work in? SAAS
What excites you most about RevOps? Using more problem solving, strategic, analytical capabilities + enabling others.
Do you have a favorite blog, podcast, video series, or newsletter that you would recommend to other RevOps professionals? Not yet
Is there any new content that you’re working on right now? No, but one of my biggest goals this year will be to decrease sales ramp-up time from 6 months to 6 weeks through documenting processes and optimising training.
What are you hoping to get out of this study group? Joint problem solving and knowledge sharing
