Hey RevOps Community!

My name is Kayla Luc and I am currently the Sales Operations Manager and Salesforce Certified Administrator at Trackforce Valiant. We are a SaaS HCM company focused mainly in the security guard space (but really anything with an hourly workforce). I have always found the art of communication really fascinating and necessary in any professional space, and RevOps requires extensive refinement in this area as in many cases we are in charge of aligning multiple departments for the sake of working towards the same goal. Some of my favorite content I have come across in this space has been from the work of Jeff Ignacio. He has tons of new content he publishes via his LinkedIn and his podcast. Currently I am not working on putting out any content, but am hoping to advance my career in the RevOps space by taking this course and being a part of this community.

Hey everyone!

My name is Taylor Dugger. I am the Head of Revenue Operations and Technology for a Saas company specializing in HRIS and Payroll in Provo Utah. I've been in the RevOps space for a little over 6 months now and what I love most about it is, one, working with data all day every day and, two, being able to participate in every department. I don't currently listen to any podcasts but would love to start if anyone has any recommendations. I'm hoping to meet some like minded people who understand how to implement new software/process.

Hi everyone, and congratulations May and the team on releasing the new Revenue Operations certification.

I'm Pete Nicholls, founder of HubDo. We work across industries to help businesses to 'do more on HubSpot'

I believe the Chief Customer Officer unifies the silos into a customer-focused hub, and I'm excited that RevOps unifies all operations to allow the customer hub to sustain and grow.

Some of my favourite resources include:

  • Books: Customer Success (Mehta et al), The Effortless Experience (Matt Dixon et al), Hacking Marketing (Scott Brinker), Chief Customer Officer 2.0 (Jeanne Bliss), Inbound Organization (Dan Tyre, Todd Hockenberry) and many more if you want a list 🙂
  • Podcasts: RevOps Trailblazers, Sales Enablement (Andy Paul), Impact Pricing...
  • HubSpot Academy courses including Sales Enablement...

Right now: scaling HubDo Marketplace as the department store of HubSpot Apps & Specialists on a single bill.

We just appointed the Head of RevOps and GTM Strategy to align all operations to customer success.

In this group, I'm keen to get additional real-world insights on the challenges faced, and the benefits gained, using a RevOps approach to align & optimise operational silos for customer success.
