Hello, I am a newly appointed RevOps Manager in the Logistics Consulting industry. I have always been involved in Sales Operations and Analysis but RevOps is a new role for me. I am excited to learn how to best tackle the needs of our company such as CLV, Churn, Client Retention Rate etc. and how to best report on those needs out of HubSpot. Also looking to see if there are any other tools that may assist in getting actionable results to bring to my leadership team.
Hi, I'm Meg Robinson from Virginia, U.S. I work as a client delivery director at Measured Results. I get to work with all of our great clients and my team to complete complex development and implementations for HubSpot users. Much of the work we do falls under the umbrella of RevOps, including revenue attribution, tech stack analysis / optimization, data governance, sales and marketing alignment... Lots of very cool projects!
I'm looking forward to learning from other community members.
Also, Measured Results Marketing has been chosen to host the North American Rev Ops HubSpot User's Group. You can sign up here: https://events.hubspot.com/e/m4z4za/
Hi everyone. I am the CRM Administrator for a manufacturing company. My role involves not only managing our CRM, but what all of that information represents. How to use it. A bit of Sales Enablement and RevOps. I’ve been performing RevOps for the past 2 or 3 years without knowing it. Now that I am aware, I want to perform it with a purpose and not haphazardly! I am really excited to learn about real life examples at other organizations. Especially the human element, collaboration, gaining support and buy-in.
I've asked the right questions, but it is clear to me that someone (myself) will need to also lead the way with further frameworks, processes, and actionable items.
I don't currently work in any of the above listed industries, just interested in learning more about revops and more! The creation process of RevOps intrigues me to learn more at this time. I dont know of any podcasts and relatable media other than the Hubspot Youtube Channel will be beneficial to this course at this time since I'm very new to this subject and the content, but I wouldn't mind any recommendations! Looking forward to reading your book! Learning neat tricks and tips would be beneficial to the studying and certification process for sure!
Jesse here with Remotish! We are a HubSpot agency with a sole focus on RevOps and all things HubSpot. I'm a digital project strategist so I maintain relationships with our clients and help them strategize on the work needed in HubSpot to support operations.
I see RevOps as the "machine" that has historically supported forward-thinking organizations who are always looking for ways to scale everything.
Currently, I'm most excited by figuring out creative and beneficial ways of documenting workflows and processes in HubSpot. So much brain work goes into deceptively "simple" workflows. Without a clear understanding of the strategy behind the work, it is easy to break things and difficult to improve them.
I'm looking forward to interracting with everyone and most of all - learning from real-world projects and experiences. My favorite RevOps pro is of course @JenBergren!
What's your current role? Sr. Operations Manager at Remotish, a HubSpot RevOps and WebOps agency
What industry do you currently work in? Most of our clients are B2B tech companies
What excites you most about RevOps? The transparency and alignment of creating, knowing, and/or guiding the processes that are happening in the customer lifecycle and throughout many areas of the business. Having visibility to everything that is happening, and seeing how it connects, in order to make changes and improvements.
Do you have a favorite blog, podcast, video series, or newsletter that you would recommend to other RevOps professionals? Anything Rosalyn Santa Elena does!
Is there any new content that you’re working on right now? My super slow RevOps book I started in 2020
What are you hoping to get out of this study group? Seeing what other people are doing in RevOps. And spying on Jesse haha 🙂
