Hello all! I'm Rishona Thrasher and I work as an Operations Manager for a nonprofit, and I've been using HubSpot of over 6 years. I love data -- mostly from the lens of financial reports and charts (annual reports are my jam). Looking forward to learning with and connecting to others!
I'm Alex Kusters, Vice President of Revenue Operations at Impact. I work in the Managed Technology Services space. I am most passionate about revenue science and business psychology. Favorite podcast would be Sean Lane. We recently restructured our GTM strategy and revamped our CRM. Also recently unified MOps, SOps, CSOps, Enablement, and e-Commerce into one RevOps team. I am a Sales Operations Specialist with 5 Years, 4 Months of experience. I am working as a Specialist in an IT Firm. Data management and insights always help in making appropriate decisions for the business and reporting is an impactful way to share insights on required metrics.

Hi everyone! Excited to be here! I am a sales operations professional with nearly 5 years of experience. I am working on some sales operations projects as a freelance consultant, while still looking for something full time. I am currently helping to build a sales operations program for a young new start up, as I have done in the past for larger organizations. I am obsessed with data, especially utilizing visualization tools to extract key insights and KPIs. I think this can be a great way to identify areas of process of improvement within a sales environment. Hi everyone! I am currently an Operations Manager in a SaaS company. What excites me most about Data and Reporting is the way we can use that data to influcence process optimisations. Right now I am listening to a few podcast primarily in the comedy genre to get my laughs in for the day. I am hoping to get certified in Rev Ops so I can help the startup I can currently working with grow.
Hi everyone. Last year I packed in my full time job as a Sales director in an ad tech company, to join forces with my life (and now business) partner to form Tinker Makes Perfect, a boutque consulting focused in CRM, automation, data/analytics and rev ops. My background is commercial/partnerships focused while my partner is very technical and has worked as a solutions architect, product manager, salesfroce admin and increasingly we are working with Hubspot as a new partner. I want to familiarise myself with the tool to be ablwe to manage project delivery as well as managing the commercial side of the business - hence me doing this course 🙂
