Hi everyone!

I’m Francisco Alberto Zambrano, checking in from Dominican Republic.

What's your current role?
I wear two main hats:

  • Founder of Zenitram, a consulting firm and HubSpot partner focused on CRM, ERP integrations and RevOps for B2B companies.
  • Commercial Manager at GBH, a Software Factory, managed IT services provider.

What industry do you currently work in?
Primarily B2B technology and services: managed IT/MSP, logistics & distribution, and some tourism/hospitality projects. My work usually sits where sales, operations, and finance need to see the same truth.

What excites you most about Data Management & Reporting?
I love turning messy, siloed data into a single source of truth that people actually use:

  • Designing the right properties and objects in HubSpot.

  • Connecting CRM with ERP/billing tools so leadership can see pipeline, revenue, and margin in one place.

  • Building dashboards that help teams make better decisions every week, not just at the end of the quarter.

Any favorite blogs/podcasts/newsletters you’d recommend?
A few I keep coming back to:

  • HubSpot’s own content (Academy + Blog).

  • On porpouse Jay Shetty.

Is there any new content you’re working on right now?
Yes! Right now I’m working on:

  • A HubSpot + ERP data model and reporting framework for a pharma/industrial group.

  • A BI pipeline that unifies several subsidiaries under one reporting layer.

  • Internal RevOps playbooks for our MSP business (tracking leading indicators, not just closed-won).

What are you hoping to get out of this study group?
I’d love to:

  • Learn best practices for multi-object reporting and data governance in HubSpot.

  • See how others structure their RevOps dashboards (especially across Marketing, Sales, and CS).

  • Share a Latin American / SMB perspective on RevOps and learn from what others are doing in different markets.

Happy to be here and excited to learn from all of you!

My name is Abdul Wajid Themba Nkomo, and I'm excited to join this study group.

My Role: Digital Strategist, Web Developer, and Marketing Expert for two nonprofits—one launching a Virtual Hospital platform in South Africa, the other doing community-based education work.

What Excites Me About Data Management & Reporting: The power to prove impact and build donor trust. In nonprofits, good data helps us stretch limited resources, show real results, and make the case for sustainable funding. It's how we turn mission into measurable outcomes.

Content I Recommend: Bloomberg Technology Daily (YouTube)—covers how companies use data to drive strategy. Understanding for-profit approaches helps me bring modern, efficient thinking to the nonprofit world.

What I'm Working On:

  • Setting up donor management systems for both organizations
  • Expanding their reach and donor base
  • Helping them adopt for-profit workflows while staying mission-focused

What I Hope to Gain: Stronger data reporting and RevOps skills to run nonprofits with the same sophistication as successful businesses. I want to integrate all my technical and strategic skills to help mission-driven organizations scale their impact sustainably.

Looking forward to learning with all of you!

I’m currently working as a Data & Reporting Analyst in the SaaS industry. What excites me most about Data Management & Reporting is being able to turn raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic decisions. I usually follow the Microsoft Power BI Blog and the DataCamp Podcast, which I highly recommend. Right now, I’m working on improving a customer health score dashboard and refining some retention KPIs. From this study group, I hope to strengthen my technical skills and learn best practices from other professionals.

Hi!

I'm Stephanie. I'm a project manager with a degree in Digital Media and Communications.

I'm looking to affirm my experience and also learn new ways to bridge strategy and management with digital marketing and design. I currently work in advertising/print. This was an amazing industry to really hone my project management and risk assessment skills. I'd love for this certification, as well as a CAPM to aid in my pivot back to the digital space. I'm most excited about understanding the problems that project managers are tasked to fix. Data helps turn observations into evidence, so that decisions are based on facts rather than assumptions. It helps us to identify the cause of problems, not just symptoms. In a digital space, these can also help to amplify the mediums that are working and build more robust systems that support this growth.

Feel free to connect with me on linkedin!

I do not have a podcast, I'd love reccomendations and will be researching a few that have been suggested in this thread. I mostly look at consumer reports and industry specific newsletters.

I'm actually in the process of revamping my entire portfolio so all content that I am creating right now is hypothetical and geared towards a specific skill I'd like to showcase.

Hoping for insight and perspective out of this group. I'd love reccomendations for any media or certifications that can help me to fortify my skill set. I'm also here to be a cheerleader for my peers! If you are working on anything cool please feel free to share.
