Hi, I’m Byron. I’m a CRM Analyst at Xepelin, a fintech company that helps SMBs manage their finances more efficiently. I’m here to learn more about revenue operations and data-driven growth.
I currently work at the intersection of marketing automation, analytics, and customer experience — connecting data from platforms like HubSpot, BigQuery, and our CRM to optimize acquisition and retention. I’m especially interested in learning how to align marketing and sales processes through better data visibility and reporting.
This is an area I’ve been diving deeper into recently, and I’m looking forward to learning from others’ experiences, sharing insights from LATAM markets, and contributing from a marketing ops and process optimization perspective.
Hi everyone! I’m Julie I currently work as a CRM Administrator in the medical device industry, focusing on data integrity, user management, and process optimization.
I’m most excited about how much insight and strategy can come from data — especially when it’s organized well and shared across teams.
My favorite podcast is The Mel Robbins Podcast (not RevOps-related, but great for mindset and motivation). I’m also learning Salesforce and HubSpot alongside my work in Zoho to strengthen my CRM and data skills.
Long-term, I’d love to build a CRM consulting practice that helps companies make better decisions through data. I joined this study group to learn from others in the RevOps space and connect with people who share that same curiosity.
Hello my name is Mike and I work for Braustin Homes in Sales Enablement and Sales Operations. I'm realtively new to this area but I have been managed our HubSpot migration and rollout. I'm pretty good at HubSpot Properties, Workflows, and Reports but I would like to understand the why so that I can better support Sales Management and the growth of our company.
I am currently a Sr. Technical Program Manager for an e-commerce company (for the past 6 months). However , for the past 5 years I served in a RevOps capacity. I've come to realize that my passion is operations and how my Program Management skillset can serve Ops greatly. I love the ability to dive into the numbers to identify trends, although I have not conducted much formal research on the topic. I'm looking forward to taking this course to hone in on my RevOps skills and learn more about areas i'm weak in.

Hello everyone! Currently been working in hospitality, before that 10 years+ in Saas in different customer facing roles like CS and Partner Management. Data management and reporting really puts some structure and a means to measure impact on the business as well as a tool to make decisions off of. You can't improve what you can't measure.
I don't currently listen to podcasts on this subject but if anyone recommends a good one, I am all ears. From this group, just looking to have a community and sounding board as we go through this certification course.
What excites me most about Data Management and Reporting is the ability to turn raw data into meaningful insights that drive smarter business decisions.
Hi All! I've over 7+ years experience in saas selling so I've been someone who's been relying good data alot to make my job easier. Always been naturally drawn to understanding how data is retrieved by the companies I've worked at as it made a big difference particularly in outbounding efforts. I'm enjoying the content on revenuewizards.com recently. Interested to be part of this group to learn along with you and contribute where I can! Thanks - Eoin

I'm Ali, a Revenue Operations Manager at Maqsam, a cloud based cusotmer service telphony software.
I thought about these questions, and to be honest, a sticker on my laptop answered it. I have a sticker says: Data don't lie! 😝 Actually, they don't. So, I rely on data when I want to track our revenue and team's performance.
Currently, I follow RevOps related podcasts and newsletters, such as Rev-Op Co-Op. Never had the chance to get to data & reporting blogs or podcasts, so please name a few worth following.
I'm working on nailing a couple of HubSpot certificates first, then will start with creating content on my personal LinkedIn account, an maybe a personal blog one day. So, stay tuned! 🥁
I'm interested in connecting with industry experts, share experience, a couple of laughs, and a coffee maybe? ☕
