I am currently the Vice President of Marketing Operations for a recruitment firm based in New York. We focus on some of the largest sectors in the industry, including Healthcare, Life Sciences, Technology, and Workday. My work revolves around building both internal and external communications across our clients, candidates, and internal employees for enhanced communication and efficiency, consolidation across our major tech stacks, and process enhancements to streamline company initiatives. I think that reporting is your one source of truth and that everything can be proven with the correct data in place. It's very easy to spot what's working, what's not, and when a pivot is needed to maintain momentum within a company. While I don't have any current blogs or podcasts I'm utilizing, I'd love some recommendations!
In this study group, I am hoping to learn how to improve our RevOps strategy company-wide. Operating across different verticals, it seems that each team operates as their own company, with different processes and tools in place that makes things such as automation much more difficult to execute. Similarly, much of our staff works remotely, so there is often a lack of miscommunication across departments. I'd like to tighten these processes up so Sales, Operations, and Marketing stays aligned.
I am currently the Director of Operations and Business Development in the child supplementary education sector. My work revolves around structuring, expanding, and optimising business processes to ensure growth and efficiency across multiple markets.
What excites me most about Data Management & Reporting is the ability to make well-informed decisions that drive impactful results. I thrive on responsibility - not just in leading people, but in overseeing the entire cycle of processes. The greater the responsibility, the more meaningful my role feels, as I can directly influence both operational success and the people involved.
While I don’t have a specific blog, podcast, or newsletter to recommend, my philosophy is simple: if you care enough about something, you will always find a way to make it work and inspire others along the way.
Currently, my focus is on building new processes and successfully managing five markets simultaneously. This presents both challenges and opportunities, pushing me to refine strategies and adapt quickly to diverse operational needs.
What I hope to gain from this study group is support. Over time, I’ve realised that no matter how complex the challenges, we always find a way to work through them. However, when we get stuck in a cycle, even a small dose of support can help provide clarity and direction.
