1. I’m in the HR space right now, but my role is expanding to include more operational responsibilities that overlap with RevOps.
2. I’m really excited about how data can be used to drive smarter, more informed decisions. In HR, we’re always looking for ways to improve things like hiring processes and employee engagement, so understanding the data behind those can make a huge difference. The idea of bringing that same kind of data-driven approach to RevOps is really interesting to me.
3. Not currently, but I’ve heard of the RevOps Framework podcast is a good one. 4. Right now, I’m focused on improving how we track and report on metrics, especially in a way that supports the broader business objectives. It’s all about making sure the data we’re using can actually help us make better decisions. 5. I’m hoping to get some hands-on insights into how others are managing data in the context of RevOps. I’d love to learn more about the best practices and tools that can help align HR data with sales, marketing, and operations strategies. Plus, I’m excited to connect with others who are working on similar challenges!

Hi everyone! My name is Tom, and I work as Sales Ops in the B2B SaaS industry. My focus is on revenue operations, specifically designing scalable revenue architecture within HubSpot for recurring revenue businesses. What excites me most about data management and reporting is how a well-structured data model can act as the backbone of a company’s revenue growth. When data flows seamlessly across systems, it enables better GTM motions and ensures teams are aligned, which is crucial for sustainable growth in our super fast-paced environment!!
One resource I highly recommend is the concept of the "Revenue Factory" from the book Revenue Architecture. It’s a fantastic framework for managing recurring revenue businesses by treating GTM motions like production lines. I’ve been applying these principles to build robust dashboards and operational workflows in HubSpot and the results have been eye-opening!!
Right now, I’m working on optimizing cost-efficient GTM motions within HubSpot, from setting up scalable deal pipelines to aligning lifecycle stages with customer journeys. I’m excited to exchange ideas and learn about how others are tackling similar challenges.
Hoping to find inspiration and actionable insights from professionals here. Can’t wait to hear perspectives and learn from this community!
