Hello! My name is Jana, and I’m an HR Officer. I specialize in managing recruitment, employee relations, and organizational support. My experience spans across various industries, where I help match the right talent with the right roles, ensuring that companies can meet their business goals through effective human resource management.
I find Data Management and Reporting particularly exciting because it allows me to streamline HR processes, make data-driven decisions, and enhance overall efficiency. By analyzing and organizing employee data, I can help improve recruitment strategies, monitor performance, and maintain compliance.
Currently, I am focusing on optimizing recruitment strategies and refining our internal reporting systems to ensure better tracking of employee metrics, as well as improving communication across the HR department.
I'm always looking for fresh perspectives and new approaches to HR management, and I’m hoping this study group will provide an opportunity to learn from others and share best practices. I am a Marketing and Event Management professional with expertise in creative direction, branding, and collaborative projects across various industries, including marketing, event management, talent management, and the creative sector. What excites me most about Data Management & Reporting is the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decisions that enhance marketing outcomes. I recommend resources like the HubSpot Marketing Blog for insights and the "Marketing Over Coffee" podcast, which often deals with data-driven strategies. Currently, I am working on enhancing my porttfolio to better showcase my expertise in event management and marketing while integrating tools to track engagement and improve performance. My name is Jamie Meinig and I am the Sales and Marketing Operations Director at a Nonstop. Nonstop is in a nutshell is a health insurance plan design using a MERP. I'm exciting about Data Management and Reporting because I find that when we have clean data and useful resources we are able to make well-supported and educated decisions to drive our strategy, growth and success. I also love collaborating with others, building processes, training and connecting people so they can get to their best potential.

My name is Devon, and I am current a Senior Client Success Manager at a U.S.-based b2b content marketing agency. We work with clients in the HR tech, professional services, and financial services industries from around the globe.
I work with a lot of data on a daily basis, and I use HubSpot to track most of our content performance for clients. I'm looking forward to learning more about how we can get better reporting and insights from our HubSpot data across marketing, sales, and client success efforts.

I have been working on digital marketing and sales for a latin american public bank focused on credit for small companies. Talking about data management, it is still my main challenge as we work with several legacy systems and it is very challenging to put all data and information together.
Since we are reaching the edge on our marketing strategies to generat leads I am starting to dive deep in revops knowledge becasue I trully believe it makes sense for our business.

My name is Tyler. I am currently a Lead Advertising Specialist and manage a small team of advertising specialists. Our main role is managing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns on channels like Google, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
I am currently motivated to pursue a career as a director of marketing a small to medium sized business. Which is what excites me most about learning revenue operations as I know it is a very valuable skill set to have. In my current role, I have been able to work closely with our marketing team and have gained a deeper understanding of the overall marketing strategy and how paid advertising fits into it. However, I know that there is still so much more to learn in order to truly become an effective leader in the marketing space.
