  I’m currently a Revenue Operations Specialist in a fintech company based in Brazil.

• What industry do you currently work in?
  I work in the financial technology (fintech) industry, with a focus on CRM implementation and optimization.

• What excites you most about Data Management & Reporting?
  I’m excited about transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. I also love finding ways to automate processes and make data accessible across teams.

  I’d recommend the HubSpot Blog for practical CRM and data tips, as well as "RevOps Demystified" for deep dives into revenue operations strategies.

  Yes, I’m currently building a Power BI dashboard to visualize and analyze the performance of sales teams, including key metrics like GMV growth, ticket size, and client acquisition.

• What are you hoping to get out of this study group?
  I hope to exchange ideas, learn best practices from others, and deepen my expertise in data-driven decision-making. I’m also looking forward to exploring innovative ways to improve data management processes.

I’m currently collaborating with a creative team on a product tackling property management challenges in Nigeria, leveraging data to build scalable solutions that enhance efficiency and transparency for landlords and property managers.

I frequently watch many basketball, and sports talk shows on ESPN in the morning hours that include basketball analysts and journalists reporting on their predictions and opinions of players and games based on statistics, and other data gathered from prior sporting events that help them reach a conclusion.

Hi everyone, I'm Lucas.
I'm an IT Analyst focused on integration and automation. I'm graduated in Marketing and Computer Science, and I'm working in health and beauty industry selling natural supplements.
A few months ago I started working with CRM and omnichannel plataforms, since them I'm developing an interest for RevOps.
