Hi Everyone,

I’m glad to be a part of this community!

I’m based in Multan, Pakistan, and have over 8 years of experience working in SaaS Revenue Operations. As a natural leader, I find fulfillment in empowering others and fostering success around me.

I run DMFlows, a hybrid Marketing & RevOps agency that primarily serves SaaS clients mostly in the PropTech and Real Estate technology sectors (including sustainable energy solutions, property management platforms, and tech providers for real estate businesses). We offer comprehensive Revenue Operations services, acting as an outsourced sales and marketing department or enhancing the capabilities of in-house teams to deliver results and peace of mind.

I’m passionate about tech, especially within the marketing and AI spaces. I enjoy designing automations, workflows, and bots that optimize processes and save time.

My personal Mantra is “Work on what matters and automate the boring sh**t”

What’s your current role?

I’m currently working as a Sales Operator, where I manage data-driven insights, reporting, and operational efficiencies to optimize our sales processes and improve team productivity.

What industry do you currently work in?

I’m in the tech industry, specifically within influencer marketing and app-based services that facilitate connections between brands and creators.

What excites you most about Data Management & Reporting?

The ability to transform raw data into actionable insights is what excites me most. I enjoy the strategic decision-making that data management enables, as well as the opportunities it provides for innovation and process improvement. Watching how a well-structured report can reshape business goals or uncover new opportunities is highly rewarding.

Do you have a favorite blog, podcast, video series, or newsletter that you would recommend to other professionals interested in Data Management & Reporting?

Yes, I’d recommend Data Skeptic (podcast) for in-depth discussions on data science and management topics. Towards Data Science (Medium blog) is also excellent for quick, accessible articles, and Data Science Weekly for a well-rounded newsletter on trends, insights, and tutorials.

Is there any new content that you’re working on right now?

Right now, I’m focusing on building interactive dashboards to better visualize performance metrics and streamline our internal reporting process. I’m also working on automating a few reporting tasks to increase efficiency and allow the team to focus on analysis rather than manual data entry.

What are you hoping to get out of this study group?

I hope to gain new perspectives and techniques in data management, particularly around innovative reporting methods and automation. I’m also interested in learning how others tackle common challenges in data quality and integration, as well as sharing insights from my own experiences.
