I'm Vincent Onukwulu, a recruitment specialist with passion for connecting people and businesses. With a background in Entrepreneurship, sales, revenue operations, and talent acquisition, I help innovative companies in IT, contract manufacturing, and healthcare find the right talent to drive growth. My motivation comes from seeing the impact of great hires on business success and people's lives.
In this Data Management & Reporting Study Group, I'm looking forward to learning from experts, sharing my own experiences, and exploring new ideas. How can data insights improve recruitment? What strategies can optimize talent acquisition? I’m based in Multan, Pakistan, and have over 8 years of experience working in SaaS Revenue Operations. As a natural leader, I find fulfillment in empowering others and fostering success around me.
I run DMFlows, a hybrid Marketing & RevOps agency that primarily serves SaaS clients mostly in the PropTech and Real Estate technology sectors (including sustainable energy solutions, property management platforms, and tech providers for real estate businesses). We offer comprehensive Revenue Operations services, acting as an outsourced sales and marketing department or enhancing the capabilities of in-house teams to deliver results and peace of mind.
I’m passionate about tech, especially within the marketing and AI spaces. I enjoy designing automations, workflows, and bots that optimize processes and save time.
My personal Mantra is “Work on what matters and automate the boring sh**t”
3. What excited you most about Data Management & Reporting?
For me, data management and reporting in revenue operations is exciting because it transforms raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth. It enables me to build evidence-based strategies, set realistic goals, and align teams around common objectives. Ultimately, it’s about using data to continuously improve and measure our success, which makes the work truly rewarding.

I am working on "unboxing" content to engage audience and brands.

1. I am currently a Real Estate Agent and I also work at a doctor's office doing medical insurance collections. I am also a college student majoring in General Management Leadership. I
2. I work in the residental and commerical Real Estate industry. For my full-time job, I work in the medical orthopedic industry working on medical insurance claims.
3. I find data management and reporting interesting because at my full-time job, I know my manager works a lot with accounting and A/R, and I would like to grow and have the opportunity to experience and learn new skills. I like to learn and try new hobbies and jobs, and obtain new skills as I believe you can apply anything you previously you learned onto something new.

5. I am currently trying to grow my Real Estate social media accounts and create content there to attract new followers and potential clients.

I currently work in the K12 Ed Tech space as a consultant supporting start-up organizations with Revenue Operations. I love seeing all the puzzle pieces of a business develop until teams have rails to run on and be successful. I hope to gain a more formal understanding of the Rev Ops function and enhance my Hubspot skills.
I’m currently working as a Sales Operator, where I manage data-driven insights, reporting, and operational efficiencies to optimize our sales processes and improve team productivity.
What industry do you currently work in?
I’m in the tech industry, specifically within influencer marketing and app-based services that facilitate connections between brands and creators.
What excites you most about Data Management & Reporting?
The ability to transform raw data into actionable insights is what excites me most. I enjoy the strategic decision-making that data management enables, as well as the opportunities it provides for innovation and process improvement. Watching how a well-structured report can reshape business goals or uncover new opportunities is highly rewarding.
Do you have a favorite blog, podcast, video series, or newsletter that you would recommend to other professionals interested in Data Management & Reporting?
Yes, I’d recommend Data Skeptic (podcast) for in-depth discussions on data science and management topics. Towards Data Science (Medium blog) is also excellent for quick, accessible articles, and Data Science Weekly for a well-rounded newsletter on trends, insights, and tutorials.
Is there any new content that you’re working on right now?
Right now, I’m focusing on building interactive dashboards to better visualize performance metrics and streamline our internal reporting process. I’m also working on automating a few reporting tasks to increase efficiency and allow the team to focus on analysis rather than manual data entry.
What are you hoping to get out of this study group?
I hope to gain new perspectives and techniques in data management, particularly around innovative reporting methods and automation. I’m also interested in learning how others tackle common challenges in data quality and integration, as well as sharing insights from my own experiences.
