Introduce Yourself!
Hello I am Nick based out of Granada, Spain originally from Brooklyn! Currently I am a Senior Director of Strategic Partnerships at Hotel Trader in the travel industry. What excites me most about data management is the growth potential for my teams from the insights and clarity gained. I don't currently have a fav content source nor do I make any. I am bit new to all of this so would appreciate recs. Hoping to come away with tangigble skills that I can immediately use to impact my work and my team.
Hello! Joanna Harrison here, I am based out of the Pacific NW.
1. I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Consultant and Educator that specialized in reprsenting historically marginzalied business owners and individuals with their business and commercial real estate transactions.
2. I work in the Commercial Real Estate industry.
3. The ability to transform raw data into valuable insights, make informed decisions, and drive business growth is truly exciting. Additionally, the opportunity to streamline processes, enhance business efficiency, and optimize performance through data-driven strategies is something that I find extremely compelling.
4. I dont have any recommendations at the moment but would love to see what others may have.
5. I am not currently working on new content
6. Support and just overall being with people going through the same course is helpful.
My name is Lindsey, I am the CRM & Sales Administrator for our Company, Dealer eProcess (although, working on a title Change to "RevOps" lol). We are total website solution providers for Automobile/RV/Powersports dealerships.
I love Data Management because I understand numbers and I love to learn, and with this role there is always something new to figure out or solve. I like analyzing and finding better ways to improve things and I enjoy collaboration amongst other teams to achieve common goals.
I do not have a favorite Blog or Podcast to recommend, but I do recommend viewing any HubSpot trainings put on by Kyle Jepsen.
Regarding new Content in the works: Holy cow what am I NOT working on right now? LOL Currently in the works to roll out - Help Desk for Support Team, Sales Space for Sales Team, Prospecting Agent, Customer Agent, Social Agent (once we get into the Beta), Integrations with our other systems, using "Leads", Data Enrichment, so many things.
I am hoping to find a good way to not only handle the workload that comes with RevOps, but to figure out how to get the company on board with unified processes. We have several "silos" (other departments) that want to be their own island, but also want full acccess to our CRM and the information within it, without having to use it according to our standards, so I'm really hoping this course will help me find better solutions to unify all the teams and get everyone aligned within our CRM.
1) My name is Jorma (pronounced like Yorma) and I'm a Finnish citizen living in Thailand since 2017. I run my own management consulting business helping other business (process) owners and managers to automate business processes to minimize the time it takes to get their jobs done.
2) My company is a HubSpot Solution Provider and reseller of a few other solutions targeting B2B accounts. The target accounts are companies, who are looking for solutions for CRM Automation or companies that are looking for solutions for enterprise asset management or maintenance process automation.
3) Data management and reporting are important functions included in the systems (HubSpot, Zero CMMS, etc.) that I provide to my customers so I want to learn how to sell the value of data management and reporting. For example, Zero CMMS is a cloud-based maintenance management software that integrates with Microsoft Power BI (Business Intelligence) software to enable visual reporting and data analytics. Maintenance managers can view dashboards and reports in real-time and analyze data collected and stored in Zero CMMS with Power BI. Implementing the tailor-made dashboards and reports is relatively costly so the value of data manamement and reporting must be siginificantly more than the initial investment and ongoing subscription costs.
4) ...
5) I'm currently working on marketing collateral (webpage, landing pages, blog posts, social media posts, marketing emails and LinkedIn inmails) for a new solution I will launch in Thailand in Q4/24.
6) Learn to sell the value of data management and reporting to the management teams and buying committess of my target accounts.
