I am currently the lead digital marketer for a pet nutrition brand. Data excites me in a way as a tool to measure customers behaviors and company's trajectory. Hubspot is my go to blog & newsletter got data management. Currently finishing my Certificate course in Digital Marketing. I’m Jean Paul, currently working as a Management Consultant at Jean Paul Consulting. With a robust background in B2B SaaS sales development and lead generation, I’ve had the opportunity to wear many hats, including Principal Consultant, Director of Lead Generation, and Market Research Manager. My journey has been marked by significant achievements in revenue growth and team management.

I founded 2 companies in the industry of photo and video production. 1 company is the local business and the second one is the digital side of things. I am currently doing planning for my companies and came across Rev Ops which I have never heard before and I'm curious how this can change the game in my thinking to increase revenue for both businesses. I think there are a lot of opportunities to up the revenue, I'm just not aware of those opportunities.

• What truly excites me about data management and reporting is that it allows me to transform raw data into actionable insights and drive informed data-driven decisions to help businesses grow.

• There are few that comes to mind: Videos Series on "The Analytics Edge" that covers data analytics and its applications in various industries. 
• There's a weekly newletter as well named "Data Elixir" that basically covers the best data science news, new tools, and insights.

• No, currently I am not. I am focusing on building my skillset as a RevOps professional, and hence working on the same.

The challenge of organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data to uncover hidden patterns is particularly rewarding.

I recommend the "Data Skeptic" podcast, which covers a wide range of topics related to data science, machine learning, and data management. Another excellent resource is the "TDWI" (Transforming Data with Intelligence) newsletter, which offers insights and research on the latest trends and best practices in data management and analytics.
Is there any new content that you’re working on right now?

Currently, I'm working on refining our Agile processes and project management workflows to further enhance team productivity and project outcomes. Additionally, I'm focusing on the implementation of continuous improvement strategies within the teams I manage.
What are you hoping to get out of this study group?

I'm hoping to gain new insights and strategies in Data Management & Reporting that I can apply to my current role. I'm also looking forward to networking with like-minded professionals, sharing experiences, and learning from others' expertise to enhance my skills in this area.

Hello!  My name is Kristina and I have worked in sales operations for most of my career.  Supporting sales and partners from solar inverters to HVAC retrofits, I've been through it all.  Being apart of the big picture,

establishing best practices and scalable processes and continuing to evaluate, document, enhance and communicate effective processes so that together, as a sales team, we can perform more efficiently as the business continues to scale, is what I love most about being in sales operations.  Having an active CRM helps to acheive all the above.  I am here to further increase my knowledge of these systems, so that I can further continue my career.
