Hello everyone! I'm William Cloos, and I'm excited to be part of this Data Management & Reporting Study Group.
Current Role: I'm currently a free agent with a strong background in revenue operations and CRM administration.
Industry: I have worked in the manufacturing and industrial sector, where I've been managing technical sales and enhancing business processes.
What Excites Me About Data Management & Reporting: I'm passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decision-making and improve operational efficiency. The ability to transform raw data into actionable insights that propel business growth is what excites me the most.
What I'm Hoping to Gain: I'm looking forward to exchanging ideas and learning new strategies from fellow professionals in this group. My goal is to deepen my knowledge of data management techniques and discover innovative approaches to reporting that can further enhance my work.

We use HubSpot to manage our contact, content, and marketing efforts. We also build for HubSpot -- making agentic workflow integrations work well.
I am excited about the potential to interconnect data in HubSpot to other systems and enable workflows that bring live data into HubSpot. We've the ability to use AI to extract/process information now to make it even more useful in HubSpot!

I am Unnati and I am currently working as a Sales Ops Specialist in an IT industry.
What excites you most about Data Management & Reporting?
What truly excites me about data management and reporting is that it allows me to transform raw data into actionable insights and drive informed data-driven decisions to help businesses grow.
Do you have a favorite blog, podcast, video series, or newsletter that you would recommend to other professionals interested in Data Management & Reporting?
There are few that comes to mind: Videos Series on "The Analytics Edge" that covers data analytics and its applications in various industries.
There's a weekly newletter as well named "Data Elixir" that basically covers the best data science news, new tools, and insights.
Is there any new content that you’re working on right now?
No, currently I am not. I am focusing on building my skillset as a RevOps professional, and hence working on the same.
What are you hoping to get out of this study group?
I'm hoping to gain new insights and strategies in Data Management & Reporting that I can apply to my current role. I'm also looking forward to networking with like-minded professionals, sharing experiences, and learning from others' expertise to enhance my skills in this area.
I am Monica, I work as a quality assurance technician at Carlsberg group analysing samples, documenting them and finding insights.
What excites me about data management and reporting is how a data can help us get a better understanding on how the process is working and to get a direction for future where to improve and able to visualize. Its really great.
I am planning to have a better understanding on Revops role and to improve my skills using this certification

What excites me most about Data Management & Reporting is the ability to transform raw data into actionable insights that can drive business decisions, improve processes, and enhance overall efficiency. The challenge of organizing, analyzing, and visualizing data to uncover hidden patterns is particularly rewarding. Do you have a favorite blog, podcast, video series, or newsletter that you would recommend to other professionals interested in Data Management & Reporting?
I recommend the "Data Skeptic" podcast, which covers a wide range of topics related to data science, machine learning, and data management. Another excellent resource is the "TDWI" (Transforming Data with Intelligence) newsletter, which offers insights and research on the latest trends and best practices in data management and analytics. Is there any new content that you’re working on right now?
Currently, I'm working on refining our Agile processes and project management workflows to further enhance team productivity and project outcomes. Additionally, I'm focusing on the implementation of continuous improvement strategies within the teams I manage. What are you hoping to get out of this study group?

Hello! My name is Kristina and I have worked in sales operations for most of my career. Supporting sales and partners from solar inverters to HVAC retrofits, I've been through it all. Being apart of the big picture,
establishing best practices and scalable processes and continuing to evaluate, document, enhance and communicate effective processes so that together, as a sales team, we can perform more efficiently as the business continues to scale, is what I love most about being in sales operations. Having an active CRM helps to acheive all the above. I am here to further increase my knowledge of these systems, so that I can further continue my career.
My name is Kingsley Udolisa, and I am the Commercial Operations Manager in the FMCG sector, specifically in the carbonated soft drinks (CSD) sector. What excites me most about Data Management & Reporting is the precision it brings to decision-making through accurate data.

Hi, everyone! As SVP of Client Services and Operations, our organization recently added a Revenue Operations role reporting into me. This new area represents a great opportunity for us to continue to build upon an already succesful business.
