Hi, everyone! As SVP of Client Services and Operations, our organization recently added a Revenue Operations role reporting into me. This new area represents a great opportunity for us to continue to build upon an already succesful business. My background is primarily in business operations and client retention, and I am excited to ramp up RevOps to increase our recurring revenue. I'm looking forward to learning more about the upstream activities that tie into our Marketing and Sales organizations, and how RevOps can play a vital role in our business.
