Remove Salesforce from account

Hello, 

 

I have a free account after moving away from using Hubspot. I need to remove salesforce from my account because although it is no longer integrated it is causing some sync errors in our salesforce. When I attempt to remove it, I receive this error message. How do I get salesforce removed completely so it does not cause any errors in salesforce.

@CBurciaga in that case, if the below steps aren't working, that would be a bug and I'd recommend reaching out to HubSpot in-app directly, via chat or email.

Hi @CBurciaga,

 

Are you a super admin? https://knowledge.hubspot.com/user-management/hubspot-user-permissions-guide#super-admin

 

If not, can you reach out to a super admin in your portal to remove the integration?

Yes, I am currently a Super Admin, but I am still not able to remove salesforce.
