Netsuite to Hubspot Custom Field Sync Issue

I've read all the other community posts on syncing custom lists and the workaround to single line fields in netsuite and then sync the single line to single line in hubspot, but I am still having issues even getting the single line field to populate as an option in Hubspot. Where am I going wrong?

I try to add it to the sync and I do not have the netsuite option.
