Hello, I would like to ask if it would be possible to implement the following automation flows in a HubSpot Pro account, and what would be the most appropriate way to configure them:
After-sales flow: Send a survey after purchase and, if a negative rating is obtained, refer the contact to the support team.
Reactivation of inactive customers: Detect users who have not made purchases or shown activity in the last 90 days.
Reactivation of inactive leads: Identify subscribers who have not interacted on the website for 90 days.
Segmentation by product category: If a customer purchases products from a certain category, send them a series of related emails.
Follow-up by visit: When a user browses a specific category without making a purchase, activate a sequence of emails.
First purchase anniversary: Send communications to those who made their first purchase a year ago and have interacted in the last 180 days.
VIP customers: Identify contacts with multiple orders or a high purchase value to reward them with an email campaign.
To activate these flows, would it be necessary to create specific lists and ensure that contacts are marked as marketing contacts?

+1 to the resources from @karstenkoehler here, @evs949. The only thing I'd add for consideration is that you're likely looking at multi-hub usage here, but all at the Professional tier. When you talk about triggered surveys, Service Hub comes to mind. Post-sales needs, lists, and theother questions makes me think of Marketing Hub. So you're probably looking at Marketing + Service Hub Pro as a package.

And if I wanted to set up a workflow to send a first mail and after 5 days send another mail only to those users who have not purchased after this first mailing. closing date has not been updated in the last 5 days and the first mailing has been sent? Would this be ok configured?
