I have created a report however some company names are not pulling though on to it. It just says (No Value), when I look at the company contact card the compamy name is present though.
How can we get this field populated on our reports?
There's a difference between the contact property "Company name" (in your report) and the company property "Company name" (in the contact filtered view labeled as "Contact → Company (Primary"). By default, these two are (unintuitively) not connected at all.
If you want to see the company object company name in your report, make sure to select companies as a data source and make sure to pull in the company object property, not the contact one.
If you want to establish that connection, it would require a company based workflow that re-enrolls companies when the number of associated contacts is known, then uses the "Edit record" workflow action to copy the company name into the "Company name" field on associated contacts.

@LPhillips0 I mentioned that in my previous reply:

@LPhillips0 for one, you should be able to click into it right in the contact index page and edit it right there. Alternatively, open a contact record, and if it's not in the left sidebar, you can find it here:

@LPhillips0 we're going in circles a bit: this second "company name" field on the contact object can be found here.

I now understand that Hubspot has Company Name field listed under the Company AND the Contact. We will create a workflow but this is just unnescessay work when the contacts are already linked directly to the company so this extra Company Name field is just extra work for both Hubspot and us.

Ok I understand from your reply that the 2 fields are not linked however we have company cards that have the 'Company Name' field populated in them but this isn't pulling through on to the reports.
As you can see this field is populated but it's showing as blank on anything else outside of the company card its self.

@LPhillips0 my reply was agnostic of that – regardless of report or not, the contact "Company name" field and the company object "Company name" field are not linked unless you set up a workflow. The fields appear besides each other in various areas of HubSpot but they are not linked.

Thank you for confirming. If the first 'Company Name' field is found in the company card, please can you advise where the second field of the same name can be found? What area of HubSpot is it located in?
