Team Activity on dashboard shows error

Team Activity on dashboard has "We're having trouble loading your data right now." Looks like all of our users have the same error. Switching browser, clearing cookies and logging back in didn't help.

Hi @martsyn We were having an issue earlier today, but it seems to have cleared up by now. Are you seeing the correct data now??

Hi 

We seem to have an issue with team activity, the customer name shows up as UNKOWN.

It shows the user created a note for UNKOWN.

All users have the same issue, is this a known issue at your end?
