inaccurate number of deals per stage

 So i have created this report, which is a basic deal report. I m including all datas..it should represent all deals per stage.. which is not the case at all. By default i use a single deal per company..as a startup a deal for me is just to have them sign a 1st contract with us..so, a single deal = a single company. and i move them forward into my pipeline stage by stage.. my pipeline is rather detailled and i have companys (deals) in almost every stage of it..but the report despite taking all data and no other filters, only report a few at the beginning of my pipeline and nothing else, whereas it should report the number of deals per stage.. so how can i fix that ? (my lead idea is that i have to move the deal from each stage to the other stage by stage.. where as as of today i move them sometimes across multiple stage at the same time..) Any suggestion ?

To see all deals, you would have to customize the report and change this dropdown from "all" to "any":
