grouping events in the journey report

Hi,

I would like to build a table in a deal journey report, where I would see how many deals go to the next stage, and how many to different categories of lost. I have managed that partially - what I want to keep is in yellow, but how to clean up the first column from the closed stages?
In the first column I only want to see Lead, Contact made etc, any advice?

Right now I have only grouped the events, no filters.

Hi @MTraczyk ,

This report is a bit tricky when it comes to using filters.

When I need to do something similar, I usually create a segment (list) using all the properties to filter only deals that are in open stages.

Have you tried that?

To build a table in a deal journey report that shows how many deals move to the next stage and how many are lost, along with the reasons for those losses, in HubSpot, you can create a custom report. First, ensure you have a custom property for 'Closed Lost Reason' as a dropdown.

Then, create a custom single object report using deal data, filter by the 'Closed Lost' stage, and add the 'Closed Lost Reason' property to display the reasons.

Unfortunately, HubSpot's reporting doesn't directly track deal stage transitions in a single report, but you can analyze deal movement between stages by grouping deals by 'Originating Pipeline' and 'Last Known Active Stage'.
