can embeded report be shown in mobile

Hi HubSpot team,

we want to embed some report from some other paltform. it seems this outside reports couldn't be shown in the mobile.

do we have some way to shown the outside report in mobile dashboard?

Totally feel you! Mobile limitations can be a pain. Quick q: are you embedding with iframe or using a custom module? If it’s an iframe, HubSpot dashboards just don’t render those well on mobile. Easiest workaround: add a report link (not embed) as a dashboard note or CTA, so folks can tap and open it in a browser where it works fine. I had to do this once with Looker charts; it’s not perfect, but at least it's viewable.

I have also used Databox to whip up some reports that Hubspot just couldn't do and was able to keep it within their free tier for what I needed

Hello @Jaylin ,

Go to Reports > Dashboards> Click "Action">  Add External content

Then you will see the one widget/tab, you can paste mobile-friendly URLs there.

This makes the links visible and accessible directly from the dashboard on desktop and partially usable on mobile (they’ll open in a browser).

HubSpot allows you to embed external content, such as reports from other platforms, directly into your dashboards using the Embed external content feature. This capability is available in Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hub Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.

For example, you can embed a Power BI dashboard into a HubSpot dashboard by following the steps outlined in this community post.

Mobile Limitations: 

While the HubSpot mobile app fully supports native dashboards and reports, embedded external content (e.g., via iframes or embed codes) may not display properly due to technical constraints. For details, see HubSpot’s documentation on mobile dashboard functionality.
