Totally feel you! Mobile limitations can be a pain. Quick q: are you embedding with iframe or using a custom module? If it’s an iframe, HubSpot dashboards just don’t render those well on mobile. Easiest workaround: add a report link (not embed) as a dashboard note or CTA, so folks can tap and open it in a browser where it works fine. I had to do this once with Looker charts; it’s not perfect, but at least it's viewable.
I have also used Databox to whip up some reports that Hubspot just couldn't do and was able to keep it within their free tier for what I needed

Please consider reaching out to the HubSpot Support team for further assistance. Based on my understanding, I’ve shared the most relevant solution with you. However, in some cases, mobile devices may restrict the display of reports in dashboards due to partially supported or non-responsive URLs.
HubSpot Support may be able to offer a more tailored solution or confirm if there are platform limitations affecting mobile report views.

HubSpot allows you to embed external content, such as reports from other platforms, directly into your dashboards using theEmbed external contentfeature. This capability is available in Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations Hub Professional and Enterprise subscriptions.
For example, you can embed a Power BI dashboard into a HubSpot dashboard by following the steps outlined inthis community post.
Mobile Limitations:
While the HubSpot mobile app fully supports native dashboards and reports, embedded external content (e.g., via iframes or embed codes) may not display properly due to technical constraints. For details, see HubSpot’s documentation onmobile dashboard functionality.
Recommended Workarounds:
Access via Desktop– Embedded reports are best viewed on HubSpot’s desktop interface.
Mobile-Friendly Links– Instead of embedding, share direct links to external reports that open in a mobile browser.
Custom Solutions– Some teams build integrations to pull external data into native HubSpot reports or custom objects, ensuring mobile compatibility.
Let me know if you'd like further guidance on any of these approaches!
