Why do some emails have 0 opens, but have a click? Is it the server of the contact following a link? Our team calls them "false positives". Thanks.

We sell our customers a product one time and it is not a recurring revenue. Does hubspot has a property that can be added to a deal for these one time sales and can these be included as part of revnue tracking?

Please can you add the ability to make Deals closed and Won a goal that i can set . Meetings, Goals created, Revenue and calls are ok, but if you have to target someone with contracts signed, these do not help. Thanks Kathrin
