I have created a sequence and when I add contacts to that sequence it often times does not populate the personalized token fields. Thus when I click enroll it sends the first email in the sequence as a "contact: first name" instead of inserting the Leer más

Hi Is there a way to see or a report I can run to see if a contact has been enrolled in previous sequences? I can see if they are in a current live sequence but can I see if they have been in an older sequence and how many? Thank you Leer más

It sounds like a simple report but i've been struggle for 1 hour on this. I can see the emails today I can see the contacts currently in sequences But what i want to see in a report is the email scheduled for x days that are sequences emails. Leer más
