Hello, I just took over our company account and I am trying to review the past email sends from our Sales account to review analytics. Can someone please assist me on where I can see this in the Hubspot software?

Weird. Most of the emails I've sent out are reading Status: Failed Opens: 0 Clicks: 0 But it seems that emails are going through because I've had a couple opened (I'm just testing hubspot starting today) Does failed mean the email bounced? Leia mais

Hi there, Is there a way to issue a report on Sequence to see who answered and who un-enrolled? I have a large number of enrollment with my sales team and want to check by company. Thanks!

I recently opened an account and trying to set up a tracking url. The Reports tab , supposedly after the Contacts tab, is not available on my screen. What am I missing here?
