I am the super admin and sole user of my free version of Hubspot. I have created a dashboard on website visit, landing total page view, landing by most total view (all reports extracted from the marketing dahsboard)
I have a message saying :
You don't have permission to see this report
contact your account admin to get access
Not clear why. Those reports seem to be free reports (or were labelled as such)
I am also having this issue but the company is on the Professional level. If I or others try to download a report it says You don't have access to export this data. Please reach out to you admin to get export access. Which setttings need to be on the user does have all the report settings ticked.
I am also have this issue as of today, March 30, 2020. I am unable to gain access to view an associate of a company from my mobile device. I uninstalled and reinstalled Hubpot but the error is still there.
Hello @RDomes checking your subscription, these reports are only accessible by upgrading your current plan. Same as I replied before.
Our team is working on making the marketing dashboard more accessible to free accounts and make the error message more helpful, but those reports will not be restored for free accounts at the moment.

Its also strange that only the marketing dashboard doesn't work, the lead generation dashboard works fine. Not sure if it has something to do with website integration.
I'm having this exact same problem. Like the others, I was never able to see data in the dashboard before. I got the message immediately after I set up the report.
Could you please try the following steps on my gif below? First, you will need to remove the Marketing Dashboard and after add a new Dashboard into your Account.

I followed your steps and can now see most of the reports. I still get the "You don't have permission to see this report" error for the Top web pages by contact conversion report though (all the others seem fine).
I have the same problem with the reports for Social interactions by Network and Social Post Clicks by Network on the Marketing Channel Performance dashboard

Were you able to ever see any data on that Dashboard before? If not I believe the message should say there's no data to show up if you don't have marketing email sent's, posted landing page, and other marketing features that are reporting on that Dashboard.
I am having the same problem. I tried to set up the "Marketing" dashboard and I get that message for 5 out of 9 of the reports (the first 5). Not clear if it has to do with my particular account or what?
If it makes a difference, when I very first set it up, I didn't get those messages. Immediately after setting up the dashboard I went to install the Google email extension, then went back into my hubspot account and that message popped up.

When I goto individual contacts I can see the pages they visited, especially those who booked an appointment as it redirects to my freebies page after
