I have sent up Hubspot's data sync with Xero and all of the invoices we have in Xero have synced across but only a very small amount are linking with the customer file in Hubspot. The ones that do link are showing every invoice so we can see where they stand finacially, how do I work out why 95% of the invoices aren't linking to a customer?
I have the same issue, and I've found multiple threads which say the same. Did this ever get resolved? This may be the thing that makes me end the free trial...
Hey @ODwyer this would really be down to the xero integration and how it handles associations. It looks like this is a third party integration, is this the one you installed?
If so, there's a support email on that listing, I'd definitely advise reaching out to the support team for this integration to find out if there's a setting to enable to enforce the contact associations or if this is an issue with the integration.
