Workflows & Sequences Funnel

Hi,

I have a lead gen followup that start with a workflow that includes two emails and continues with a sales sequence of 5 emails. 

I'd like to have a simple report that shows (in real time) the funnel: how many leads were sent WF email #1, WF email #2, waiting for classification (manual step), waiting for sequencing (manual), send seq email #1, and so forth. 

This is not built in (yet) in Hubspot to the best of my knowledge. Any ideas? using shadow property? supporting workflows?
