Workarounds for separating one-time fee and recurring revenue for revenue report and forecast

Hi Experts,

 

As a CCaaS company, we are working with one-off revenue and monthly/recurring revenue (licence fee). Hence, we would like to split the one-off and recurring revenue in the deal report and forecast.

However, I haven't found any suggestions on our community yet. I'm not sure if such feature is only available in Enterprise package (?). Hence why, just wanted to post here again to see if anyone can give some practical advice.

Nice to e-meet you! From your response above, I believe you already found this "Recurring Revenue" feature which is only available in an enterprise subscription. 

If not, the only "workaround" here would be to create your deals multiple times for recurring revenue. You can consider this "Clone attack" integration to make duplicating deals easier for your team (:

Hey there! Another option may be looking into the products feature of HubSpot (should be available with all plans). Creating products for both one-time and recurring revenue may be an option that would keep deal records limited to 1 per deal rather than 2 or more to capture recurring revenue, but using products or line items to capture that information.

Thanks @jbeachamOBO  - actually, we're using product features and also set up the price as one-time and recurring. But we can't find any filter in the report setting that can help to separate those.
