Why are meetings not shown in sales sequence analytics?

SOLVE

I've gone into the sequence analytics under sales content analytics.

I've updated the reporting time period to be the past 365 days (we've only been using sequences for 3 months).

 

It says that there's no meetings booked from any of the sequences:Screenshot 2023-09-08 at 11.44.41.png

 

However here it clearly says 1 meeting has been booked from 1 of the sequences.

Why the discrepancy? A little frustrating as the sequence overview makes it look like they're not at all successful.

Hi @MNar ,

 

Because the screenshot you posted is Meetings Per Enroll as a percent, it's likely that the percent is too low. Your rate of meetings per enroll for only 1 meeting is 0.08%.

 

If you apply filters to include only 1 month (provided the meeting was booked in that month), does the percent change?

I am experiencing the same thing.
Clearly there have been meetings booked during that sequence:

But in the sales content performance analytics they don't show up:

Is there any explanation why that is the case?
