Hey Community,
Year-end of reporting can feel like cramming for finals if you aren’t prepared!
Here are some tips to make your end-of-the-year reporting process stress-free:
Keep your CRM organized throughout the year - To maintain reporting accuracy, keep your contact, company, deal and other records up to date.
Give yourself time - Don’t wait until last minute to prepare your reports. Give yourself time to create a stellar dashboard that can be shared with your team and management.
Use Premade Reports - The HubSpot Reporting library and tools such as Sales Analytics are a gold mine for premade reports. Take a look through these tools to see if there’s a report you can add to your dashboard and perhaps even customize!

Great advice @kvlschaefer - love this! The premade reports are a lifesaver. I'd also think ahead and prepare for the end of 2023 if someone's feeling like they're behind right now, and build a dashboard that shows "YTD." This will help keep up all year, and the dashboard will automatically feel EOY when it's time.
I'd also consider the audience for the EOY reporting. If they're high level, bottom line focused, keep the reporting to a minimum and show revenue, revenue attribution and the like. Know thy audience, right? Try to keep your EOY reporting ecetremely relevant so as to hopefully keep it concise.
Cheers all, and here's to rounding out 2022 in style!

@kvlschaefer This is super helpful, thank you for compiling and for the reminder!
I think the end of the year is a great time to look at gaps in your data - are you missing data to get a clear picture in your reporting?
End of the year is a great time to create new properties (and workflows) that will support capturing the data you need heading into the new year - it also gives you a chance to update processes and roll out changes to your team.
