Great advice @kvlschaefer - love this! The premade reports are a lifesaver. I'd also think ahead and prepare for the end of 2023 if someone's feeling like they're behind right now, and build a dashboard that shows "YTD." This will help keep up all year, and the dashboard will automatically feel EOY when it's time.
I'd also consider the audience for the EOY reporting. If they're high level, bottom line focused, keep the reporting to a minimum and show revenue, revenue attribution and the like. Know thy audience, right? Try to keep your EOY reporting ecetremely relevant so as to hopefully keep it concise.
Cheers all, and here's to rounding out 2022 in style!

@kvlschaefer This is super helpful, thank you for compiling and for the reminder!
I think the end of the year is a great time to look at gaps in your data - are you missing data to get a clear picture in your reporting?
End of the year is a great time to create new properties (and workflows) that will support capturing the data you need heading into the new year - it also gives you a chance to update processes and roll out changes to your team.
