View of my contacts

I would to create a specific view including both :

- the contacts I own as contact owner

- the contacts I do not own to which I sent an email to recently (during the last month for instance)

here's a super quick Loom for full context and visual explainer 

• 🧑‍💼 If you're the only person in the CRM, you can filter by contact owner and email sender.
• 🕒 If you're handling all CRM tasks, you can use the last contact property sent within the last 30 days.
• 💡 For a complex query, if you want to go deeper, consider conditions such as:
  • 📅 Contact sent an email.
  • 🧍 Contact ownership.
  • ⏰ Timeframe (e.g., last 30 days).
  • 🤯 You can add more conditions as needed for complexity.

The explanation for the contacts I own is very clear.

I still have some difficulties to show the list of contacts I sent an email to.
I am not the only using the CRM in my company.

Is it possible to create a filter showing only the list of contacts an particular person sent an email to during the last month ?

Got it, did you trie d the list filtering option with activities as filters?

Unfortunately I d'ont have the same filtering options as you :'(

I will only use the contact owner filter, which will be ok.

Hey @CPottelette It looks like @Shadab_Khan was using the lists tool and you're using the contacts filter tool which is why you're seeing the difference! 

Just to follow up on Shadab's post though, you want to make sure you use an OR filter and not and AND filter when you set the rule to display contacts you don't own but have emailed. So you would say "contact owner is me" OR "last activity is assigned to me"
