Hello, I would like to set a trigger/automation. The idea is whenever a deal's status changes to 'Closed Won (Sales Pipeline)', the property 'gclid' is added to the deal (This property is gotten from the contact attached to this deal. I cannot get this information from the deal, just from the contact. So this would be based on the contact attached to this deal)
Or on the contact side, if a deal has a property change 'Closed Won (Sales Pipeline)', the contact attached to this deal has a new property change 'lead status= closed (won)'
The main goal is to track offline conversions of google ads, which is where the gclid comes in.
*I cannot create events within Hubspot, which is why I am using Zapier.

Hello @GAnoh ,
I think this can be easily done by hubspot workflow.
I had prepare a small video clip of screen recording to guide you.

I hope this will helpn you.

@GAnoh here's how I would solve for this woth a workflow.
Build an active list of contacts where, when an associated Deal is closed won, they are added to this list.
Build a Contact-based workflow which then copies your "gclid" from the Contact into the same property, but as a Deal property (you'd need to create this, of course).
It might look like this:
You can also add the step below, changing Lead Status to closed won (if that's an option in your property):
Hopefully that helps!
Did this post help solve your problem? You can help others find answers when you accept a reply as a solution. (I also appreciate it!)
