Understanding and fixing offline source extension

Hi, I am going over the list of offline sources of our contacts as we want to have clear insights about where our leads are coming from. A significant portion shows the original source offline with drill-down 1 extension and drill-down 2 user@owndomain.com.

Do you have any idea what this extension could be? And, a way to change the original source to another original source that could be traced more directly with our marketing efforts? Thanks!

Hi @VWalker , I actually have never came across any offline source like user@owndomain.com. For this, i willa dvise you to contact HubSpot technial support.
Click the Help button in blue on the botytam right of yiur account to connect to HS Support.

The Original source  property options  are not editable in HubSpot. However, a contact's Original source value can be manually changed. Kindly refer this article here.
