Unable to Export “Entered Stage Date -“ Fields for backfill

Hi All,

I have to backfill dates that deals landed in specific stages.

I created 3 new fields on the Deal Object:

• Date Entered Demo Stage Date
• Entered Contract Sent Stage Date
• Entered Commit to Move Forward Stage

Right now I am trying to backfill these newly created date fields by creating a “Deal” report and using the Hubspot Default Fields that begin with “Entered Stage Date -.“

The issue with this approach is that when I export the report I get an error message that says:

Export without some properties?

Some properties in HubSpot contain data that currently cannot be exported, or might not display as expected in your export. The following properties are affected:

Unfortunately, I cannot export these date fields. Thus not allowing me to bulk update these date fields onto the deal record. What is the next best solution for backfilling these date fields

Hi @MMetros5,

When you export the property history of the Deal stage property itself, that will contain the date information. You'll need to perform some Excel magic but the information is all there.

But that only works for individual deals. How do I bulk export property history for all deals? Or am I missing something?

Currently, we can only export the property history of one property at a time, see instructions here. 

While this isn't currently an available feature, I can definitely see where having this feature would be beneficial! I’d encourage you to post this idea in our ideas forum. Our product teams use our forum as a resource to improve and update our tools for our customers.
